Upon graduation in 1986, Ed worked for Perry, Hamill & Fillmore, where he was
primarily involved in corporate and secured transactions, both domestic and
international.  He worked at Perry, Hamill & Fillmore until 1996 and then joined
Neill, Terrill & Embree, L.C.   Ed is admitted to practice in the state and federal
courts in Kansas, Nebraska and Missouri.
